Middletown Christian School follows the State guidelines which require certain immunizations for entrance and attendance to school. A record of these immunizations should be presented to the school office when your child is enrolled in school. This record must be presented within two weeks of the first day of school or your child will be excluded from school until the immunizations are on file.
