High School: The high school student of the month is a senior, Brigitte Ray.  The eldest of 2 girls, Brigitte is the daughter of Marvin and Betty Ray.  Brigitte has attended MCS for 7 years.  During this time, she has always been involved in sports and a variety of school activities.  At present, she is the treasurer of the National Honor Society.  A very diligent, dedicated and determined student, she hopes to be a Pediatric doctor some day.  Her spare time is devoted to playing the piano, doing activities for the Atrium Explorers Program and participating the Middletown Youth Council meetings.

She is an active member of the Taylor Mill Pentecostal Church where she teaches in the Children’s Ministry.  Her Christ-like character is greatly revealed through her actions as she interacts with people and peers around her.  It is a privilege to honor Brigitte with this award.
